How many providers can I refer?
There is no limit to the number of service providers you may refer. However, each provider may be referred only once per household. To qualify, the provider must:
Have performed services for you within the past 12 months
Be someone you would confidently recommend to a friend or neighbor
Reflect GoldBook’s standards of competence, reliability, accountability, and integrity.
If I refer someone, will my name appear on Goldbook?
No, we will not display your name publicly on Goldbook.
How will the service provider know that I recommended them?
A Goldbook administrator will contact the service provider via text after receiving three referrals from three different households. The service provider will be listed on GoldBook after granting permission and agreeing to GoldBook’s guidelines.
I’m a service provider already listed with the Solivita Concierge. Why should I join Goldbook?
Having your name listed on GoldBook means that the Solivita community recognizes you as a trusted service provider that embodies the GoldBook principles of competence, reliability, accountability and integrity. It is a great way to gain visibility for those residents who may need your services. You will also be able to add more information about your services and availability.
If your service is a licensed trade, you will be required to furnish proof of Florida state licensure.
Your past clients may not know about Goldbook. Contact Solivita residents that you have served within the last year and tell them to visit useGoldbook.com in case they would like to give you a referral. The total number of referrals you receive will be displayed on your profile. It will not display who referred you or reviews or comments on your service.
